My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line—it was a journey across borders, languages, and profound life transitions.
Why Me
I have worked as a therapist on an Assertive Community Treatment team, addressing the needs of clients with severe mental illness, as well as providing therapy to dual diagnosis clients at a substance use treatment center. I have received training in TEAM-CBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Illness Management and Recovery, Crisis Intervention, and other modalities.
